We will supply products for our use only.

 We do not accept liability for loss to any person or property at any time.

 A copy of our health, hygiene & safety practices will be enclosed for your information

 The artist will arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the booking to allow her to set up.

 The artist agrees that she has a registered business and will pay all NI and Tax as per the Inland Revenue self-employed terms and conditions AND will declare all income.  Receipts will be given when cash is received   

The artist will have public liability insurance in place for all bookings with an indemnity of at least two million.

In the event of accident or illness, the artist is requested to contact the client and if at all possible, provide a suitable replacement.

The artist will require a suitable location for working in all weathers, with space to work in a safe environment

We are happy to wear your company uniform. However, please note that our clothing will sometimes be stained with face paint.  Should you require the uniform, once we have finished, the contract time, we do not take responsibility for any damage caused.

The artist agrees to wear smart clothing for bookings - e.g. black trousers, smart top with 'Professional Face Painting' printed on it, or Company Clothing. (No trainer or Jeans)

The artist will require a break from time to time and will do so as and when the need arises. Usually every 4 hours (15 mins) and Lunch (45 mins - 1 hour). These breaks are paid breaks.

The artist is not responsible for the queue, but will try to close in sufficient time for the end of any event. (We require the understanding and cooperation of management at closing times)

We also require back up from the management team at all times, if customers become abusive or aggressive.

The artist agrees that she is responsible for her equipment at all times and will try to keep hazards to a minimum!

The artist will only use products that are FDA or EC compliant or that have followed guidelines while on all bookings.

On bookings requiring more than one painter, we will endeavour to supply a good quality professional painter.  He / she will always have a minimum of 2 million pounds liability insurance, have sufficient painting ability and be responsible for his/her own tax and NI.

We are not responsible for face painters supplied by the client.

Once we have our signed contract, our clients are deemed to have agreed to our terms and conditions.

To cancel a booking at any time, clients must inform us in writing at least 28 days before the event date and phone to confirm cancellation. Failure to follow the cancellation procedure, will result in a fee of the full booking amount to cover any other possible lost bookings.
